No Window - Yet Has A Door for Egress

Residential Construction -
The bedroom has no window, yet egress is a single 2-8 6-8 metal exterior door - opens out to the side yard. Has keyed handle lock and thumb-latch dead bolt. Fixed (inoperable) 1/2 glass (fire-rated). Standard threshold, trim, etc

It's been a while since I looked - I assume all is good with this set-up as long as the lock system isn't changed to a key-dead bolt?

Your thoughts?

So far, good.

They keyed lock is outside, correct? No key required from egress, correct?

A dead bolt single keyed to the outside, with turn know inside is okay.

No key inside (and no "special knowledge" required) and it meets code requirements.
