Does an Accessory to B Assembly occupancy on second floor with less than 300 occupants require a dedicated exit to the exterior per IBC/CBC?

Per 1029.3.1 it doesn't sound like it...

Are you saying that the A Assembly occupancy which is an accessory occupancy to a B Business occupancy?

Or that there is a B Business occupancy which is accessory to an A Assembly occupancy?

Also, 1029..3.1 in the CBC is different than in the IBC: from the CBC "1029.3.1 Occupant loads between 100 and 300. Group A occupancies or assembly occupancies accessory to Group E occupancies ... "

I am not clear on what you are asking.
